Ramya Swami Previous Staff

Ramya Swami is currently a sophomore at Saratoga High School. As a part of the Multimedia Journalism Staff, her interests include photography, filmmaking, web design, and the general multi media. She took a year of journalism under Mr. Tyler’s schooling as a freshman and the previous year, she participated in a multimedia class. This year, she plans to make the most of her position as a member of the MMJ Staff, and play an active role in the productions and projects that take place in class and out of school.

Ramya participates in a vast amount of after school activities as well. She is on the varsity volleyball team at Saratoga High, she does a classical form of Indian dance, and she also loves to sing. Her dream is to graduate from UCSD with a degree in Medicine and become a pediatrician. She also hopes to one day own her own bakery in San Francisco.
